Role Summary
The Operations Assistant Intern will support the operations team in coordinating daily activities, keeping records organized, supporting internal processes, and ensuring tasks move smoothly across teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who wants to learn how operations work in a real business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operations tasks and follow-ups across teams
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking basic notes
• Help track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
• Support documentation such as contracts, invoices, quotations, and internal reports
• Assist with data entry, file organization, and record keeping
• Coordinate simple communication with team members, vendors, or partners when required
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for interns or staff
• Assist with procurement tracking and basic expense records
• Help maintain internal tools such as Google Workspace, task trackers, and shared folders
Required Skills and Qualities
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, and email
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once
• Professional attitude and reliability
Qualifications
• Recent graduate or current student in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous internship or administrative experience is an added advantage but not required
