About the Role
Yobrand Group is growing fast, and we are looking for an Operations Manager who will help run the day-to-day work across Yobrand Group’s Digital Marketing & Software Development activities. This person will support the CEO, manage the team, and make sure all projects move smoothly from planning to delivery.
The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, confident, and good at solving problems. Someone who understands both operations and business development, and can help the company grow while keeping quality high.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations
- Run the daily operations of all departments.
- Track tasks and ensure the team meets deadlines.
- Fix bottlenecks early and keep projects moving.
2. Project & Account Oversight
- Follow up on all active projects in marketing, design, development, and communication.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and social media teams.
- Review work before it goes to clients to maintain quality.
- Support client communication and step in when necessary.
3. Business Development Support
- Help the CEO follow up with leads and close deals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch documents.
- Join key meetings and represent Yobrand when the CEO is unavailable.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
4. Team Management
- Assist in managing the weekly workload and team performance.
- Assign tasks clearly and help the team stay organized.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Give feedback and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
5. Internal Systems & Processes
- Set up and improve internal workflows for project management,
- communication, invoicing, and content approvals.
- Make sure everyone follows the right process and keeps things organized.
- Keep templates and internal documents up to date.
6. Financial & Operational Support
- Track project costs and ensure efficiency.
- Work with accounting to follow up on pending client payments.
- Prepare simple monthly reports on progress, revenue, expenses, and risks.
- Suggest improvements that help the company grow sustainably.
7. Strategy Support
- Turn the company’s long-term vision into actionable tasks.
- Support the launch of new products, services, and subsidiaries.
- Help with planning expansion into new markets within the region.
8. Quality Control
- Ensure all work follows Yobrand’s brand standards.
- Maintain consistency across designs, websites, proposals, and social media content.
9. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain smooth communication with clients.
- Follow up on feedback, requests, and deadlines.
- Support contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
10. CEO Support
- Act as the CEO’s right hand in operations.
- Share weekly updates on team progress, challenges, and priorities.
- Ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in operations, project management, or business administration.
- Ability to work well with different teams and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing, design, or software development is an added advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
