Job Description:
Are you a passionate and creative individual with a keen interest in both digital marketing and building strong client relationships? Yobrand Group is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Intern & Account Manager to join our team. In this unique role, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while also acting as an account manager for our clients undergoing social media management. This position allows you to work directly with clients and help shape their online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients undergoing social media management services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement content strategies and campaigns that align with client goals.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on the progress of their social media campaigns and discussing performance metrics.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas to our marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A strong willingness to learn and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
